Christopher Jackson, MD, decided to establish Empathy Wellness Center based on his own dissatisfaction with current psychiatric care including gaps in access for at-risk groups and rushed appointments leading to patients feeling unheard and experiencing sub-optimal outcomes.

Dr. Jackson’s vision is for all patients to feel empowered to partner with their provider in creating a treatment plan that results in optimal mental health. At Empathy, we believe in patient-centered care and fostering healing through a blend of expertise and genuine compassion—everyone deserves care with kindness.

Our core expertise is in treating anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders and suicidal ideation. We treat many patients who experience dual diagnosis or have diagnoses they may not understand or agree with but just want to partner with a provider who takes the time to get the right diagnosis and, most importantly, get the right treatment plan for a more fulfilling, healthy life.
